The Early Childhood Center at First Covenant Church is located at 201 N. 90th Street, just two blocks South of 90th and West Dodge Road in Omaha, NE.

One of the key components of our program is the discovery of God’s love through exploration of his creation. Direct exposure to nature sparks imagination and creativity and is essential to the healthy physical and emotional development of children. Recognizing this, nature is incorporated into our curriculum. The Early Childhood Center has devoted a 28,000 square foot area to the development of an all natural outdoor learning environment.

The Early Childhood Center is committed to fighting childhood obesity. We offer a menu of healthy, organic foods with an emphasis on fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. We grow our own vegetables on site, learning about the growth process while developing healthy eating habits.

In addition to our infant, toddler and preschool programs, we also host spring and summer workshops for the Arbor Day Foundation and Dimensions. Please check back for a complete schedule of workshop dates and times.
